01. The Challenge
Propella Business Incubator launched the Digitech Programme aimed at empowering content creators with digital business skills. The program targeted creatives who needed to monetize their content and build an online presence.
However, most participants had little to no coding or web development experience. They needed practical, easy-to-apply web design skills to build professional websites and digital portfolios. The challenge was to deliver technical coding skills in a simple, creative, and business-focused way.
02. The Solution
NanoTek partnered with Propella to deliver the Coding & Website Design training component of the Digitech Programme.
Website Design Training for Content Creators:
Focused on practical web-building skills using platforms like WordPress and visual builders.
Taught basic HTML & CSS for customizations and creative control.
Guided participants in building their own portfolio websites.
Applied Coding Workshops:
Interactive sessions tailored for creatives, blending design and code.
Hands-on projects where each creator launched a live website.
Business Application Focus:
Framed coding as a business tool showing creators how to monetize digital sites and run e-commerce
Support & Mentorship:
Provided ongoing technical support during the program.
Helped participants align their websites with their business goals.
03. The Result
Content creators completed the program with fully functional, self-built websites.
Participants gained practical coding confidence to manage and update their sites independently.
The program bridged the gap between creative content production and digital entrepreneurship.
