01. The Challenge
Halalisana Incubator in Humansdorp was envisioned as a digital and innovation space to uplift local entrepreneurs and youth. Funded by SEDFA, the goal was clear—but the facility had no ICT infrastructure, no connectivity, and no equipment to support digital programs.
