Dell Foundation Coding Accelerator
01. The Challenge
The Dell Foundation sought to create real, career-ready opportunities for young people in South African townships through technology skills training.
The target group 20 learners from under-resourced communities had the drive but limited exposure to coding, AI, and industry-level digital skills.
The challenge was to design and deliver an intensive, high-impact coding programme that not only taught programming fundamentals but also introduced learners to cutting-edge AI skills all while making it accessible within township environments.
02. The Solution
We designed and delivered a full Coding Bootcamp + AI Skills Accelerator built specifically for township-based learners.
